Using our web based and GPS enabled service systems we are able to offer faster and more efficient service response. Our industry leading Quantum™ software provides detailed usage and revenue information allowing us to offer our customers the highest level of accountability available. Our Resident Advantage® system offers residents the convenience of a coin less and cashless payment system. Automatic Laundry pioneered the deployment of dedicated web based “Code to Card” systems which provide residents with the ability to add value to their Resident Advantage Card® via a secure website, and receive faster refunds. Our Laundry Tracker™ system allows residents to monitor both laundry room activity and their individual laundry usage on line.
